Had a lovely time at Dishoom Permit Rooms after the Cambridge Half today. Amanda was a perfect server and not only gave us free beer for finishing the race but also a breakfast voucher, all because we posed for a photo! Food was lovely and had a great time.

Food and service were incredible - all credit to Amanda who was amazing and suggested dishes as well as welcomed us all with free beer after completing the Cambridge Half, as well as explaining to us about the history of permit rooms. Thank you!!!

Food was delicious. Mango lassi is the best drink with spicy Indian food. The vibe is good. So full of people even on a cold windy weekday night, this place is popular, highly recommend to book ahead, staff Lana at the door was super friendly & attentive, she gives you one of the warmest welcomes to a restaurant ever, even we did not book a table. ☺️

My husband and I were visiting Cambridge and had heard of a the Permit Rooms so booked a table. We had the best time, our Waiter, Kyran was so lovely he took time to explain the food and drinks available, customer service was on point! Food delicious I had the Chicken Ruby and highly recommend it. If you’re ever in Cambridge book a table you won’t be disappointed 😊
